The filing deadline is 15 working days from notification of the challenged act. Filing the REMC automatically suspends the procedure, preventing contract signature until the tribunal resolves the case. REMC decisions can be further appealed before the Audiencia Nacional or the relevant Tribunal Superior de Justicia under judicial review proceedings.
