1. Advisory Service in the Design of Spaces, Functionalities and the Execution of Processes within the Decidim Per Sant Adrià Platform. The Service Must Be Available Remotely by the Department of Citizen Participation Via Telephone and Virtually (Online). As agreed, face-to-face meetings may be held if the implementation of any space within the platform requires it. The Service Is Specific In Consulting Management In Design And Functionalities (Components, Pages, Surveys...) And Assistance In The Execution For The Correct Implementation And Functioning Of The Public Participation Spaces Within The Decidim Per Sant Adrià Platform. Assistance In The Execution Also Refers To Making The Necessary Adjustments (Tasks Executives) Within The Platform Until The Correct Functioning Of The Spaces, Organs Or Processes Required By This City Council. Equally, the assistance can take the form of training tasks for the municipal personnel who administer the platform and the assistance Punctual to Third Parties (Citizenship, Associations) During the Period of Participatory Processes. 2. Other Features of the Service: The Provision of an Electronic Mail and a Permanent Telephone to Attend to Urgent Inquiries.
