- 1.- Given that it is necessary to proceed with the concession for the summer season of the exploitation of the bar of the municipal swimming pools, intended for the activity of bar-restaurant, drinks, ice cream, sandwiches and terrace service, in the form and with the conditions that Set This Sheet. 2.- This is a Concession for Private Use of Public Domain Assets, Pursuant to the Provisions of Articles 57 and Following of the Regulations on the Property of Local Entities, Approved by Decree 336/1988, of 17 October. 3.- The Concessionaire It is Obliged to Pay the Amount of 1,800 Euros Annually as Fee. The estimated value of the contract is €7,200, taking into account the possible 4 years of contracts.
