This contract is intended to cover the needs of comprehensive maintenance of the equipment of SIEMENS brand radiology, (whose models and characteristics are detailed in the PPT), located at the Virgen de la Concha Hospital and the Benavente Hospital belonging to the Zamora Health Care Management, in order to ensure a perfect state of use, always being within the safety and operating parameters set by the manufacturer and required by the Zamora Health Care Management, as well as the necessary technological improvements and updates with the aim of guaranteeing safe and quality health care, minimizing possible stops, as a consequence of breakdowns that require subsequent corrective action with the consequent impact on the quality of care, so that they are in perfect working order.
Comply with Royal Decree 192/2023, of March 21, which regulates products healthcare, whose compliance obligation extends to the proper maintenance and conservation of the equipment in order to guarantee the safety of patients and users, as well as maintaining the performance of the equipment stipulated by the manufacturer.
