- Description of the provision: Works for the replacement of the elevators with RAE 7336-B,7337-B,8283-B and 8284-B of building A of the Faculty of Pharmacy and Food Sciences, in application of the Complementary Technical Instruction ITC AEM 1 "Elevators", regulating the commissioning, modification, maintenance and inspection of elevators, as well as the increase in the safety of the existing elevator park, approved by Royal Decree 355/2024, of April 2, and published in the BOE on April 13, 2024. Instruction requiring the updating and bringing to standard of the elevators that have become obsolete, in accordance with what is described in the executive project. The project contemplates equipping this building with four new elevators adapted to the current needs of the center, with security measures in accordance with current regulations, with an adjustment in the quality of the materials, to the user flows of the building and improving accessibility. Achieving an improvement in the facilities, greater technical benefits and a better service to users.
