Description of the service: Sequencing and quality control service for libraries that will have been prepared using Nextera XT DNA library preparation kit commercial kits (Illumina). The number of sequencings and types provided for in the contract are:- 52 Library QC+ NovaSeq X Plus Series (PE150) (15 G raw data per sample).- 52 Library QC + NovaSeq X Plus Series (PE150) 75G raw data sample). This service is essential to achieve the research objectives of the project The evolution of new organs during insects' conquest of the sky (mayFLYeye), funded by the European Commission, Horizon Europe-ERC-2021-Cog with GA 101043751-050523FBG.
