Description:
Description of the provision: 1.The object of the contract is the provision of the school canteen service of the Roncana School of Santa Eulalia de Roncana with its own kitchen. 2.The contract covers the dining service that includes the following activities: a) The acquisition and preparation, in the kitchen of the centerSchool, of the foods that make up each meal individually to the diners. B) The conservation and replacement of cooking utensils, food and appliances utensils that are used during the service stated in Annex 1 of the technical specifications. This material puts itavailable to the AMPA/school for the provision of the service and if not provided by the contractor. c) The monitoring of the student user of the dining room, which consists of the surveillance and interlective activities of the students throughout the time fraction between the end of the morning classes and theBeginning of the afternoon classes, with a maximum duration of 2.5 hours in total.of administration and services of the center.
