- Description of the provision: State concession is the private use of a space of the University of Barcelona (UB) for the sale of fine arts material that is used for the practice of the different disciplines that are taught in the Faculty of Fine Arts Arts. The venue is located on the first floor of the main building of the Faculty of Fine Arts (carrer Pau Gargallo, s/n), with an approximate area of 54.84 m²., The plan of the venue is attached to the Technical Specifications that regulate this concession. This concession is patrimonial in nature, consequently the patrimonial regulations apply to it and, additionally, Law 9/2017 on public sector contracts (hereafter LCSP), The legal relationship to be established is considered a concession administrative for the private use of a public domain asset, understanding that private use is constituted by the direct or immediate occupation of a portion of the public domain, in such a way as to limit or exclude the use by other interested parties.
