- Description of the service: The object of this contract is the technical assistance service consisting of carrying out the initial and final visits to the beneficiaries of the grant of good agricultural practices 2026 - 2028, in accordance with the requirements and conditions detailed in the technical specifications. Grants are usually awarded in the middle of the year, so initial visits take place in the autumn and final visits in the spring of the following year, before the limit of justification. The initial reports must be delivered before December 31 of the year in question and the final reports must be delivered before June 30 of the year in question. The execution of the object of this contract involves by the contractor for the processing of personal data of the Diputació de Girona. The contractor will treat the data as data controller for the fulfillment of the purposes linked to the object of this contract. The company that successful bidder must sign the personal data processing contract.
