Description:
Description of the provision: Genomic analysis of bacterial strains and communities in order to identify key organisms and determine their role in the metabolic soil networks that contribute to the elimination of organic pollutants, this benefit will include the transport of samples, control. Quality, processing and sequencing, and the delivery of results in electronic format (see the technical specifications, from now on PPT). This analysis requires prior preparation for the laboratory where DNA and RNA EXTREMENTS OF SUSCRIPTIONS AND CRIVITY CRUISTIONS will be obtained and enriching crops and will be sent and will be sent and will be shipped. In order to submit to the following types of analysis:- 16S RRNA gene metabarcoding (about 315 samples) .- Shotgun metagenomical analysis (about 40 samples) .- Metatranscriptomes (12 samples). In addition, bacterial isolated DNA will be obtained by analysis of Complete genomes (Pacbio) (5 genomes). Samples will be generated as the investigation progresses, so it is not possible to know a priori the lots (shipments) that will be generated.
