Description:
Description of the benefit: works for the replacement of 4 elevators, RAE 42700-B, 42701-B, 42702-B and 42703-B, located in the east wing of the Margalef building; of the Faculty of Biology. The elevator block consists of 4 lifts arranged, 2 lifts with access on one side and 2 elevators with Access on the opposite side, and all share the same ship. Because all the elevators share structural subjection elements, it is contemplated to replace the 4 elevators at the same time, in accordance with the one described in the Executive Project, approved on May 7, 2025.They. The entry into force of the ITC AEM 1 "lifts", regulating the commissioning, modification, maintenance and inspection of the elevators, as well as the increase in the security of the existing elevator park, approved by Royal Decree 355/2024, of April 2, and published in the BOE on April 13, 2024, It forces the update and standard of the elevators that have become obsolete.The object of the contract also includes the maintenance service at all risk of the elevators, for a period of 2 years
