Description of the provision: This contract aims to analyze the local housing services of the province of Girona and the preparation of a framework document of configuration of local housing services, with the aim of having a reference tool for the design, deployment and Financing these services.In 2024, within the framework of the Housing Services Plan, a network of local housing services that has different specific resources was created. One of the resources is the financing of services through an annual grant call. This Study aims to frame the different services provided from the councils and strengthen the consistency of the structure of the subsidy aimed at the municipalities adhering to the Local Housing Services Network, in this sense we want to have a framework document that defines the functions, resources and models of the types of local service that at the same time allows to guide municipal planning and improve the technical criteria for determining the design of the service Public.
