Description:
Description of the service: The object of the contract is to obtain the service for the diagnosis and management proposal of the public use in the Muntanyes de Rocacorba and Serra de Finestres Natural Area of Interest, in accordance with the requirements and conditions detailed in the technical specifications document. The main tasks to be carried out are: • Diagnosis of the current situation: collection of cartographic information, itineraries, attendance data (APPS, surveys, observations in the field) and mobility guidelines (with and without vehicle).•Identification of impacts on the environment and activities by type (motorized vehicles, bicycles, hiking, etc.).•Citizen participation, including interest groups, in three phases: diagnosis (phase I), return (phase II) and proposals (phase III).• Technical coordination meetings with Provincial Council, Generalitat and town councils.• Development of management proposals and actions for 3-5 years, with calendar and possible sources of financing.• Drafting of municipal ordinances as a document attached to the Plan of management.•Preparation of final documentation (reports, cartography in shape format, presentation PPT and proposals for scheduled and budgeted actions).
