- Description of the provision: The object of the contract is the provision of maintenance, updating and improvement services for the Local Socio-Economic Observatory (XIFRA) of the demarcation of Girona for a period of two years. Specifically, maintenance, the updating and improvement of the software, databases, indicators, reports, thematic maps and studies included in the XIFRA that include local socio-economic information, of all the municipalities in the counties of Girona, in accordance with the sheet of technical prescriptions. 325 hours are planned, of which 290 will be allocated to the continuous corrective maintenance of the application and 35 will be allocated to the evolutionary maintenance necessary to improve the quality and usability of the system.
