- As stated in the Needs Report: [SIC] "GIAHSA's provision of services involves the supply of fuel to its fleet, both diesel and gasoline. Although GIAHSA has its own pumps for refueling diesel, for gasoline it uses You must go to public service stations. Furthermore, the consumption of this type of fuel has increased as a consequence of the new light fleet supplied, since the passenger cars that have recently been received (by virtue of as established in contracting file 63/2024) consume gasoline instead of diesel due to the recent application directive at the European level. Taking into account that the current contract signed for the supply of gasoline (contracting file 2017/2024) ends on February 4, 2026 (only one year duration was established since GIAHSA was unaware at that time of real gasoline consumption needs (it was based on theoretical data) as it did not have the new light fleet until after the referred contract, unlike what happens for this new contracting file, which is why a minimum duration of one year has been considered for it and up to four annual extensions may be applied), it is necessary "contract the aforementioned supply of gasoline at public service stations, so that GIAHSA can continue providing its urgent services."
