Description of the provision: The purpose of this contract is to carry out the actions included in the project of climate improvement of the public elementary schools, adults and special education, distributed in 5 lots. Ventilation of the classrooms and other spaces and help to mitigate the extreme heat of the schools. Through the movement of the air the evaporation of the heat of the people is favored, reducing the feeling of heat. In the effect of considering the requirements of the folds, the Offers must comply with the rules mentioned in the approved project (UNE, ISO or any other) or those that are equivalent. Likewise, the offers must fulfill the references to a manufacture, origin, procedure, brand, patent, type, origin or production that appear in the document of the approved project, or those that are equivalent.
