Description:
Description of the provision: Within the framework of the powers of the City Council of Cornellà de Llobregat, granted by Decree 179/1995, of June 13, which approves the Roas and art. 25 of Law 7/1985 of April 2, regulating the bases of local regime (competences of the municipality), the works of redevelopment of the Rambla d'Anselm Clavé contained in the approved executive project respond to the current needs and donation to the different applicable regulations. The project is considered complete, and has the mandatory Health and Safety Study, prepared by the editors of the documentation. All the materials used in the work, as well as their placement, will fulfill all the technical specifications that mark the current application regulations. The applicable regulations on health and safety in the work will also be complied with (Royal Decree 1627/1997, of October 24) and subsequent updates of the rule.
