Description:
Description of the provision: The object of the contract is the Sponsorship Audit Service, of all the assets included in the sponsorship contracts in force between this City Council of Sabadell and the Sports Center Sabadell FC SAE, and the quantification of the return generated by the brands' City Council of Sabadell 'and' Visitsabadell ', or the brand determined by the City Council of Sabadell at all times.This Audit Report must conclude the economic return for the Sabadell City Council from the investment of the sports sponsorship to the CE Sabadell FC, SAD, for each of the audited annuities. The first of these audit reports to quantify the economic return of sponsorship for the Sabadell City Council, will be made at the beginning of 2026 and the possible extensions will correspond to the years 2027, 2028 and 2029.If during the period of validity of this contract the brand 'City Council of Sabadell 'and' Visit Sabadell 'or the brand that at all times determines the Sabadell City Council evolves to other versions agreed between the Sports Club and the City Council, the resulting brand must also be appreciate.
