Description:
Description of the provision: The object of the contract is to define the conditions for the contracting of the Corrective Maintenance Service of the telecommunications networks and equipment installed in the municipal facilities listed in the Annex I of the Particular Technical Prescriptions (PPT). Specifically, the object of the contract will have as general characteristics the corrective maintenance derived from the use and deterioration of the teams within the life cycle itself, as well as the cost of the actions of arrangement by vandalism or other unforeseen unforeseen events. Corrective maintenance must necessarily be carried out within the `` response time ' established in each case to the PPT, according to the degree of urgency or need, this being a special condition of execution of the contract set in the specifications of private administrative clauses for the purposes of being able to establish penalties in accordance with the provisions of article 192.2 of the LCSP in case of non -compliance.
