- Description of the service: The purpose of this contract is to carry out the actions included in the project "Improvement actions at the Cal Balsach sports complex, Sabadell" distributed in 3 lots. The object of the project is the reform of the volume occupied by the sports court of the multi-sports hall municipal Cal Balsach, with the purpose of guaranteeing the waterproofness of the roof and improving energy efficiency, fire protection conditions, thermal and acoustic conditioning and indoor air quality. Likewise, the actions will extend its useful life this project does not intend to be a comprehensive intervention in the building, since it is concentrated in the area intended for the sports court, therefore it will adapt and update only those constructive elements that result affected
