- Description of the service: The subject of this contract is the distribution service for newsletters (in prospectus or flyer format) without name and without address and hanging posters within the Sabadell municipal area to cover the information needs of the Sabadell Town Council towards citizens. The purpose of the contract includes:- The collection of the different shipments, their handling and distribution and the return of the surplus material. All this must be carried out in accordance with the requirements stipulated by the PPTP and the guidelines established by the municipal technical services in each case.- All the actions of a training and organizational nature, of quality control and supervision, handling of claims and amendment of incidents, in addition to document management, which are necessary to carry out to guarantee a good execution of the contract. During the validity of the contract, the awarded company must guarantee, in time and form, the distribution of all remittances of information notices and posters that Sabadell City Council requires distribute.
