Description:
Description of the service: Carrying out corrective maintenance of the elements that make up the roofs, channels and downspouts, in the municipal facilities of Sabadell City Council. Specifically, corrective maintenance will be carried out on these elements of the buildings resulting from use, from the climatology and the own deterioration of the equipment, as well as the cost of repair actions due to vandalism or other unexpected events. All of them will be developed in accordance with the provisions of the particular technical conditions of this technical specification. These actions include: the workforce necessary for carrying out the maintenance and repair, as well as the materials necessary for its execution and the appropriate technical and mechanical means.
