- Description of the provision: The object of the contract responds to the need for the supply of 3 units of measuring devices for the control of the consumption of alcoholic beverages. Sabadell City Council already has different devices assigned to the Police Municipal of Sabadell to carry out this task. These devices require annual maintenance, calibration and verification. The purpose of this contract is to guarantee that all the devices used by the Sabadell Municipal Police for carry out the tasks associated with the control and organization of the public security system as determined by article 28 of Law 4/2003, of April 7, are in optimal conditions for their use.
