Description:
Description of the provision: The purpose of this contract is to carry out the actions included in the project "Interior adaptation of the Gas Museum building", distributed in 2 lots. The project includes the necessary actions to adapt the interior spaces for the new operation of the building located at Placa del Gas, 8, as a municipal museum, maintaining the current distribution and redefining the uses of the different spaces. These actions have been structured in two lots, taking into account the nature of them: LOT 1 Work / LOT 2 Installations. The set of works foresees the commissioning of all systems, functional verification and final documentation in accordance with current regulations. The present project does not intend to be a comprehensive intervention in the building, since it concentrates on a series of specific actions on each of the various floors, therefore, it will suit and will update only those constructive elements that are affected.
