- Description of the service: The object of this procedure is the purchase of a TX transmitter and an RX receiver, wireless, of video and audio signals in digital format up to 12G-SDI with zero delay, compatible with the HD-SDI signal used usual in the transmissions of the XAL. In order to add dynamism to the live broadcasts and so that a camera with its microphone can move freely around the facilities of the pavilion or the square without needing to be tied to a cable, this new equipment is requested, which allows sending audio and video signals wirelessly from the camera to the Mobile Unit with a delay of less than 1 millisecond, in order to allow its mixing with the rest of the cameras connected by wires.
