- The purpose of hiring consists in the provision of accommodation services for the infrastructure of computer servers, both main and secondary, of information systems, in such a way that the safety levels established in the security policy of the security policy of ISTEC (Electronic Technology and Certification Agency) in Spanish and Community regulations regarding trust service providers and security audits (eidas compliance, adaptation to the national high level security scheme, ISO 27001 and webtrust for CA, between others) to which the Itemc confidence services area is submitted as a qualified provider of certification services.
The services to be provided within this hiring correspond to the physical accommodation of the primary and secondary infrastructure of public key, to the supply Uninterrupted electricity, to the maintenance of environmental conditions (temperature and humidity) within the optimal operation range of systems, as well as surveillance services, access control and infrastructure protection cited.
Likewise, services provision is required of monitoring and copies of remote support to the set of systems used for the provision of trust services, as well as other hosting, monitoring and connectivity services detailed in the Technical Prescriptions.
