Description:
This system will be designed to index, capture and draw all the phases of the genomic process, ensuring efficient and centralized management of the data. In addition, interoperability with other existing clinical information systems will be guaranteed, promoting sustainable and equitable use of health resources.
Lot 1: Platform of omic studies (genomic and cytogenomic)
Platform supply expressly including the delivery of licenses and its installation in the SCS.
Lot 2: Laboratory Information System (LIS) of omic studies (genomic and cytogenomic)
In this Lot will develop a comprehensive genetic system to measure, which covers the complete laboratory cycle from the electronic request to quality management and stock, ensuring interoperability with all corporate SCS systems.
