Acquisition and installation of necessary laboratory equipment for the proper development of the HiTech-Institute for Agro-Environmental Research and Water Economy (INAGEA) project, co-financed under the FEDER 2021-2027 Operative Program of the Balearic Islands.
In this present convOn request, the acquisition of the following equipment is expected for the following areas: Plant ecophysiology area: gas exchange measurement equipment, culture chambers, LED panels, drying ovens, refrigerators and freezers, and N2 containers. In vitro culture area , biology1edf014045db26d31a02a5bbb8891997Molecular and biochemical engineering: oxygen electrodes, thermoblocks, PCR thermocyclers, lyophilizer, electrophoresis system, cabinets, microcentrifuges and an ultracentrifuge. Hydrology area, sediment and water analysis: carbon and nitrogen analyzer and drying ovens. is yourHistological god and microscopy: Image analyzers. Other small equipment within each area of knowledge will also be considered. This small additional piece of equipment is essential to guarantee the efficient and precise operation of all the laboratories, as well as to carry out cI carry out the investigations and analyzes required in the different study areas. Specifically, the following are required: balances, automatic pipettes, liquid N2 containers, specialized dishwasher.
