The purpose of the acquisition, installation, configuration, integration, training and technical support of a comprehensive solution of identities and access management (Identity and Access Management, IAM) that allows the Government of La Rioja:
Identities: including the creation, modification and elimination of user accounts efficiently and safely, mostly automated and minimizing risks associated with manual administration.
and authorization to ensure that only legitimate users access the necessary resources and services according to their role and responsibilities.
Current regulations: ensuring that the solution complies with national and European regulations on data protection and security of Information, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD), the National Security Scheme (Eases) and any other regulations applicable to the public sector.
Users, in order to detect anomalous behaviors, mitigate risks and guarantee traceability in access.
Resilience of the organization against cyber attacks: reducing exposure to threats derived from unauthorized access or credentials committed.
