- Description of the benefit: In order to carry out the stable program of performing arts and music, as well as other types of activities mentioned that can host the facility, organized by the City Council or by transfer of the space to third parties, the contracting of the technical services is proposed.and auxiliaries as well as the Public Service for the Municipal Theater of Berga. The contract includes the whole of the technical staff needed to carry out the assemblies, tests, functions, dismantling and maintenance, and the reception service necessary to guarantee the proper developmentof the shows and activities that are done in the facility. It also includes preventive maintenance of stage materials and infrastructure, as well as the management of their incidents; It will also be careful and will ensure that other aspects related to the general state of the equipment. TheGeneral Objectives of the Service are: • Guarantee the correct and proper use and maintenance of the technical material of the theater • Ensure the correct use of the theater facilities • Perform the assembly and dismantling of the necessary scenic elements for each activity, trial or function.Contact and coordinate with the technical representatives of the professional companies who have to do the activity in the facility, or of the amateur entities. • Collaborate with local entities and on the staging of non -professional proposals, in the more production aspect.•...
