Description:
Description of the provision: The object of the contract is the works of repair and conservation of the Vials of the XVB of Forest Fire Prevention of Berga. The purpose is to preserve these roads in optimum conditions so that they can be passable, efficient and safe for the terrestrial means of forest fire prevention and intervention, as well as for neighbors and other users in case of need. The main objectives of this contract are as follows: • Maintain and preserve the structure and trajectory of the XVB roads to prevent the appearance of erosive processes that involve the loss of soil and can become a risk. • Guarantee the safety of people, in public and private properties. • Guarantee the territorial homogeneity of the results obtained with the execution of the contracted work, in accordance with the requirements for the prevention and extinction of wildfires. • To efficiently manage the conservation and arrangement of roads, taking into account the cost of the maintenance cycles of the works subject to the contract, which is the subject of the contract the maintenance of the perimeter strip with the same motivation for the prevention of wildfires.
