Description:
Description of the provision: Works contract for the execution of the Executive Redevelopment Project of Carrer Esplugues, in the Barceloneta neighborhood. This action to this day is considered the first phase of a comprehensive reform project in the neighborhood of la Barceloneta. The total scope of the action is 1,980.00m². Needs to be satisfied: The nature and extent of the needs that are intended to be satisfied with the contract that regulates this specification, is the transformation of the street with the purpose of adapting it to the current urbanization standards of the municipality. This adaptation focuses on three aspects: improving accessibility, comfort and safety for pedestrians on the one hand, naturalization with the aim of better resilience to the effects climatic as well as air quality (for better health and well-being of the neighborhood) for another, and lastly, the updating of all the service infrastructures. convert them into more favorable environments for daily use by the neighborhood through adapting their mobility and the introduction of greenery. This contract is administrative, of reform works, according to article 13 of the LCSP, and is regulated in the articles 231 to 246 of the same law and in article 138 et seq. of Royal Decree 1098/2001, of 12 October, which approves the General Regulation of Contracting of Public Administrations (RGLCAP).
