Advisory and mediation services for the hiring of insurance policies of all risk material damage, loss of rentals and civil liability for SAREB
The object of the contract consists of the provision for SAREB of the services related to the mediation or brokenness of insurance, ofin accordance with the needs that are raised and defined in the Technical Prescription Specifications, hereinafter "The Services".and in civil liability, Sareb for its special characteristics and typology typical of the perimeter that composes its portfolio, as by the amplitude of its insurance program: open relationship of unnamed assets in policy, coverage of unoccupied assets or with illegal occupation, vandalization, workstop including in damage to the guarantee of consortium risks assumed by the insurance company itself, lack of technical reports of individualized engineering for each asset, unlimited retroactivity in civil liability, broad definition of insured and claims ofHigh intensity with ratios greater than 100% for several years (2019,2020…), as well as frequency accidents, with 2,502 files in both bouquets until March 2025 (the accident rates are detailed in the Technical Prescription Specification)
