- Description of the provision: The purpose of this contract is to regulate the award of the Advice, Mediation and Administration of the Insurance Policians of the Catalan Institute of Energy (hereinafter ICAEN), as well as the assistance in the management and execution of policies, in the terms established by Law 26/2006, of July 17, on the mediation of insurance and private reasons. The services will refer to the following risks groups: 1. Risks derived from heritage and civil liability.2. Collective accidents for ICAEN staff.3. Civil liability of the management and members of the Board of Directors of the ICAEN.
