• Description:
• Analysis, design, construction and implementation of the technological ecosystem of the Montaña de Riaño sustainability plan, as well as the training of end users. The object of the contract is the contracting of services for the analysis, design, construction, start-up and maintenance of a technological ecosystem for the Montaña de Riaño tourist destination, as well as the necessary training for the end users of the ecosystem. According to article 17 of the LCSP, the nature of the contract is qualifies as a service contract to which the provisions of article 308 of the LCSP will apply. Both the contracting of the services and the final training are the subject of the Collaboration Agreement between the Provincial Council of León and the Group of Local Action Montaña de Riaño. The division into lots is not appropriate so that the entire technological ecosystem of the Montaña de Riaño Tourism Sustainability Plan is executed in accordance with a common methodology and with the same identity, avoiding duplications and resolving the present and future technological needs of the territory.
