• Description:
• The purpose of the contract is the provision of the service of analysis, development and implementation of information systems of the Institute of Statistics and Cartography of Andalusia (IECA). The services to be contracted will be oriented and divided according to the life cycle for the management of ICT services, mapping with the phases of the software development process, being organized into the following lines or categories of services: a) Strategy and continuous improvement services: will include all necessary tasks to advise and guide the different actors on possible evolutions and integrations of information systems, as well as propose improvements that are deemed appropriate in software products, aimed at minimizing risks, improving quality internal systems in any of their aspects and adapt the service according to the organization's corporate strategy. b) Architectural Services: whose objective is to provide understanding tasks of all the different elements that make up the organization of the ADA and how these elements relate to each other. The architecture domains are: business, service, information, technology and environment. c) Services for the creation and evolution of information systems: will include all those tasks necessary for the correct definition, analysis, design and construction, within the scope conferred in this contract, of functionalities, requirements, technology and processes that must be met...
