  Analytical control service for water for human consumption, chlorination and its computer registration in the SINAC, as well as for the contracting of the service of reading, conservation, and replacement of water meters of the supply network of the Laviana City Council.
  The purpose of this contract is to meet the needs of the Laviana City Council in relation to the provision of services specialized technicians and the supply associated with the municipal drinking water supply system, in accordance with the municipal powers provided for in art. 25.2 and article 26.1 of Law 7/1985, Regulatory of the Bases of Local Regime.
  Analytical control of water for human consumption, supply of hypochlorite for chlorination and its computer registration in the SINAC.
  Surveillance, control and analysis of the quality of water for human consumption, in accordance with the
  established in Royal Decree 3/2023, of January 10, or regulations that replace it.
  - Preparation, review and updating of the Plan Water Sanitary (PSA), corresponding to
  each supply area, its presentation to the competent health authority and its

  - Preparation and maintenance of emergency protocols, detailing the
  procedures for action by the successful bidder before contingencies that may affect the
