• Announcement of contracting, through an open procedure in accordance with articles 156 to 158 lcsp, of health care insurance for work personnel who provide services in certain offices.... The contract that will be governed by this document has for its purpose, in accordance with article 17 of the LCSP, the subscription of medical insurance for the staff, civil servants or workers, of the Spanish Tourism Institute OA. (hereinafter, TURESPAÑA), which provides its services in the Tourist Offices located in the United States. United States, Canada, Mexico, Argentina, and Singapore and their beneficiaries, who must be registered within the General Regime of Spanish Social Security.
