• Announcement of contracting, through an open procedure in accordance with articles 156 to 158 lcsp, of health care insurance for work personnel who provide services in certain offices....
  The purpose of the contract that will be governed by these specifications is, in accordance with article 17 of the LCSP, the subscription of medical insurance for the staff, official or work, of the Tourism Institute of Spain OA. (hereinafter, TURESPANA), which provides its services in the Tourism Offices located in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Argentina, and Singapore and its beneficiaries, who must be discharged within the General Regime of Spanish Social Security. Specifically, the official and labor personnel of the Administration (hereinafter the Owner), framed in the General Regime of the Spanish Social Security, who provide services in some of the Tourist Offices indicated in the previous paragraph, as well as their beneficiaries recognized as such by the Spanish Social Security (hereinafter Spanish SS) and provided that it is proven that: a) They are included as beneficiaries of healthcare assistance from the SS Spanish of the Holder of the right assigned to said regime b) They are cohabiting effectively and indefinitely with the Holder. c) They depend economically on the Owner, understanding as such the absolute and permanent absence of income from work performance, including those of a nature benefits, and/or movable or real estate capital, such as the receipt of the above for an amount less than the legal minimum wage of the country of residence. d) They do not have the right, by way of pro...
