Applicit concession, the privative use of the Feliuenc Center Bar-Botiga, located in Doctor Puig Square, 2 in Sant Feliu del Raco, intended for the exploitation of restaurant, the Terrassa space and a shop below.
The agreement will entail the authorization of the privative use by the concessionaire Referred goods, safeguarding the right of property and without prejudice to third parties.

- The space: The following spaces and services of the aforementioned farm are available to the dealership:
Semi basement plant:
 Shop (49.42 m2), warehouse (4.08 m2) and adapted bath (4.15 m2): 57.65 m2
Ground floor
 Local for restaurants formed by room (94.34 m2), kitchen (18.79 m2) and storage room (6.46 m2): 119.59 m2
 Service space formed by warehouse (12.40 m2) and toilets (19.98 m2) (to be executed in this tender): 32.38 m
 Space for Terrassa: 27.23 m2
Total M2 Concession: 236.85 m2
The rest of the spaces on the farm, like the rest of the house called the Pepeta house, as well as the first floor, will not be linked to the concession, subtracting these spaces available to the City Council for the use that believes in it Opening. (See attached map)
