Description of the provision: With a statement and non -limiting, the service subject to this contract includes the provision of services included in the following sections: • Management of the Tax Area: To attend to all the tax obligations of the FAB in front of the AEAT or the AdministrationCompetent tax public, including: (preparation and presentation of the IS, preparation and presentation of the annual economic report to the AEAT, Model 182 annual Declaration of Donations, Donations and Contributions Rebude, issuance of certifications by personal income tax, preparation andPresentation of quarterly VAT and annual summary, preparation and presentation of any other liquidation is monthly or quarterly, as well as the annual summary, Verbal consultation service in tax and tax matters • Management of the accounting area: (Preparation of accounting in accordance with theMercantile regulations and foundations with the information provided by the FAB, preparation and presentation of the annual accounts before the patterns, presentation of the annual accounts to the General Directorate of Rights and Legal Entities of the Generalitat de Catalunya (Protectorate), facilitate the informationAccountant, financial and fiscal required by the General Intervention of the City Council of Hospitalet de Llobregat (see detail in the PCAP)
