As it deals with an original home, built in 1963, which has not been reformed or improved, the proposed rehabilitation fulfills the following objectives: 1.- Structurally rehabilitate the building to ensure its correct stability and Watertightness, Carrying out the following works: → Reinforcement of the Foundation (which is estimated to be of cyclopean concrete, in accordance with the time of construction of the houses of the teachers), through wells of concrete in mass, carried out by ladies and reaching, through Previous Excavation, Adequate Resistance Substrate And Assimilable To That Of The Substrate On Which The Rest Of The House Is Supported. → Patching of Mortar Coatings (Exterior) and Plastering (Interior) Around the Cracks Found on the Facades of the building → Stitching of cracks using stainless steel staples; Crack Filling With Sealing Material For Total Continuity And Waterproofing Of The Facings. → Replacement, if applicable, of the linings of the openings of the loading wall, Both the interior passage openings and the exterior facade openings. → Restitution of Finishing Materials Removed: Mortar (Exterior) And Plaster (Interior), With Continuity Meshes And Applying The Necessary Layers For Complete Repair Of the coverings of the facings. Once this structural intervention has been carried out, it would be necessary to continue the rehabilitation of the house by carrying out the following works: 2.- Substantial improvement of its efficiency...
