Description:
Description: The object of this document is to regulate the contracting, by the Department of Education of the Government of Navarra - General Directorate of Digitalization and Educational Services, assistance services technique for evolution, maintenance and support of the Teacher's Notebook and the Comprehensive Management of Centers, during fiscal year 2026 and its possible extensions. The object of the contract includes, without limitation: Corrective, adaptive and perfective maintenance of modules and functionalities of the Teacher's Notebook and the Comprehensive Center Management. Functional and technological evolution, including the development of new functionalities, integrations and improvements. Second level technical support, management and resolution of incidents, and assistance to profiles determined by the Department. Integration and coherence of the current ecosystem: the applications already integrated with the Teacher's Notebook and with the Comprehensive Management of Centers (including portals, learning, content tools and other corporate solutions) will be maintained and evolved by the same company and within this contract, thus guaranteeing technical continuity, uniformity of criteria and avoidance of dysfunctions between components.
