• Description of the service: The Terres de l'Ebre Biosphere Reserve plans to organize and participate in fairs and other promotional events. These events constitute a key tool for the dissemination of the Reserva de la brand Biosphere of the Terres de l'Ebre, the promotion of its environmental, cultural and socio-economic values ​​and support for accredited companies and producers. In order for this participation to be effective and consistent with the project's promotion strategy in which this tender is part of, it is necessary to: • Have a technical and logistical assistance service for planning, organization, transport, assembly and disassembly, coordination and revitalization of the stand or fair space. • Have elements of corporate merchandising that reinforces the memory of the brand, extends the impact of participation in fairs beyond their specific duration and conveys the values ​​associated with the Biosphere Reserve.•Have specific material to attend and organize fair events (marquees, furniture and other resources), reusable and adaptable to different spaces and formats.
