(1) Attend the standard requests of internal users of mutuality, on services Managed by the computer unit, in accordance with the procedures defined by the computer unit. Technical assistance will provide the end user with a unique point of attention, being responsible for monitoring the request and the response to the end user.
(2) Receive others requests of internal users of mutuality, on the services managed by the computer unit; Perform a first categorization of the type of request, scope and scope of the petition; and communicate this information to those responsible for the computer unit.
