Description:
The purpose of the presentation is the purpose of hiring, through the division in four lots, of the Management Plan of the World Heritage Site of San Cristobal de la Laguna, as well as its damping and environment zone. This lot division aims to facilitate the execution of the project In different phases, allowing greater specialization in each of the plans and adapting to the principles established in the Public Sector Contract Law, guaranteeing competence, transparency and efficiency in hiring.
Strategic and operational plan
Definition of Strategies for the conservation and protection of the historical complex, the damping and environment zone. This lot responds to the need to have a documented management system that guarantees the effective protection of good for present and future generations.
Mobility and design plan of free spaces
Development of a sustainable mobility model adapted to the urban and heritage identity of the site, in addition to planning of quality public spaces in the historical complex, its damping zone and its closest environment. This lot is aligned with management of the broader environment, which must contemplate infrastructure, soil uses and spatial relationships to guarantee the integration of the site into its territorial context
Lighting plan
Design of an lighting system that respects the patrimonial character and reinforces the safety and quality Ammbie.
