Description:
The object of the contract regulated in this specifications is the realization by an audit firm of the audit and/or verification works in its case of:
-The Annual Accounts of Emasesa corresponding to Exercises 2025, 2026 and 2027, as well as 2028 and 2029 in case of extension.
-The state verification Non -Financial Information (EINF) included in the Annual Accounts Management Report, as regulated by Law 11/2018 and a review of sustainability memory according to the Global Reporting Initiative standard (GRI).
-An annual compliance, in accordance with the provisions of the Real Legislative Decree 2/2004, of March 5, which approves the consolidated text of the Local Haciendas Regulatory Law.
-Care justification of the aid received in its second call for subsidies of project improvement projects in the urban water cycle within the framework of the plan of Recovery, transformation and resilience (order TED/919/2023).
