• Description of the service: The object of the contract is the execution of the works "BUILDING FOR THE IMPROVEMENT AND CONCENTRATION OF THE CENTER OF SERVICES FOR THE PEOPLE GRAN MEDICAL CONSULTANCY - PUIGVERD D'AGRAMUNT DAY CARE CENTER - 2nd PHASE", according to the technical project written by Mr. Antoni Martí Falip, Architect. The purpose of the works, in accordance with the project approved by the City Council on February 18, 2026 and adjusted to the Phase included in the Unified Works Plan of Catalonia, with an execution budget for contract of €699,677.72 including VAT, is that the Town Council of Puigverd d'Agramunt disposes of the two urban properties of its property with cadastral reference corresponding to:- Property no. 3969906CG4236N0001FY, located on Carrer Ponent, no. 5 of Puigverd d'Agramunt (Lleida).- Property no. 3969907CG4236N0001MY, located in Carrer de la Roca, no. 11 de Puigverd d'Agramunt (Lleida). The development of a global project is being considered in order to be able to develop a single location for public services for the Center of Services for the Elderly, Medical Consultation and Day Care Center. The purpose of the contract is to satisfy the full execution of the works included in the drafted and approved project.
