Description of the benefit: The Cadaques bus station must have a building management service and installation facilities. The facility will remain open to the public almost 325 days a year (from November to February it will close on weekends and holidays), Cimalsa as manager of theTerminal, must guarantee the safety and quality of the service to the users. The service to be contracted must guarantee the following aspects: Opening and closing of the bus station. • Check and supervision of the status of the enclosure and facilities (platforms, lobby, toilets, etc.),according to the protocols in force at the station. • Control of the access of people to the station, asking for compliance with the regulations. • Act in the event of an emergency according to the protocols of the station. • Access to the discretionary (non -regular) bus station, indicating the parking areaand collecting the corresponding fee. **** This function will only have to be carried out from the box office until the payment method is installed through the access barrier to the station. Then the function will vary, and the possible incidents with the aforementioned barrier must be managed. EnSo much so that the station is a public access venue, the interlocution is expected with the users and the drivers of the different companies that operate (regular and discretionary services).
