Hiring by Radio Televisión Madrid, S.A.U., hereinafter Rtvm, of the Comprehensive Service for Management, Registration, Advice and Defense In the Field of Industrial Property of Trademarks, Trade Names and Others, As Well as Any Other Industrial Property Right and the Management of Exclusivity Rights Derived from Said Registry, Including Oppositions, Maintenance of Themselves, and the Legal and Technical Advice About the aforementioned Matters. These Services Include Assisting and Representing Radio Televisión Madrid, S.A.U. FOR OBTAINING REGISTRATION IN THE VARIOUS MODALITIES OF INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY AND Defense of the rights derived from the same before the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM), the Intellectual Property Office of the European Union -Euipo- and before any other Spanish, Community or International Administration or Organization Competent In Industrial Property Matters.
